Prelaunch draft
Terms of Use
Not ready for public launch. These product terms require qualified legal review and completion of the operator identity, contact, governing law, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms.
Version prelaunch-1 · Updated
Eligibility and acceptance
You may create an account only if you are at least 18 years old and can lawfully accept these terms. Registration records the accepted terms version and acceptance time. One account owns one personal space.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, a secure password, and activity performed through your authenticated account. Do not share access or attempt to enter another person's space. Notify the future published security contact if you believe the account has been compromised.
The service
THINE provides tools for personal organization and reflection. Goals, contribution counts, habit statistics, spending projections, and reminders are user-directed records and calculations. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant the operator only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, export, and display that information to provide and secure THINE. Do not enter content you are not entitled to use or content that makes operation of the service unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer for abuse, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with other users, or use THINE for illegal activity. Reasonable security research rules and a reporting channel must be published before launch.
Availability and changes
The initial release targets 99.5% monthly availability but does not promise a contractual service level. Maintenance, provider limits, faults, and emergencies may interrupt access. Material terms or privacy changes require an updated version and appropriate user notice before taking effect.
Exports and deletion
You may request a machine-readable export after password reauthentication. You may schedule account deletion, restore during the 72-hour grace window, or view the space read-only during that window. Permanent deletion removes active account data subject to the backup and deletion-suppression process described in the Privacy Notice.
Suspension and termination
The final terms must define proportionate suspension, notice, appeal, emergency security action, and termination rules. THINE must not use this draft section as authority for arbitrary account action.
Liability and consumer protections
No warranty exclusion, liability limitation, indemnity, governing-law clause, or dispute term is adopted in this draft. Those provisions depend on the operator and launch markets and must not be introduced without legal review or used to limit non-waivable consumer rights.
